Hi everyone. I'm new here and i would love to make new frens from this site. I adore shakira and her songs be it in english or spanish or french. Because of her i have fallen in love with the spanish language and culture. I also started listening to other latin singers. We dont get much exposure of latin songs where i live unless it breaks through internationally. But they do show spanish telenovelas on tv and i do love to watch them during my free time. I hope i can make frens here so that i can learn more about your culture, your music and maybe learn some spanish.Take care guys. Bye for now. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

I don't write-the time-becuse time is not something definete,like the definite article.

TIME IS UNLIMITED

Because while we think that we have the time to do something we don't do it because we think that we have not the time.

Hi i am Edgar Ivan Garcia, a huge Shakira Fan, and for this reason i have become a paid member here on Shakira.com and i been following her since the Donde Estan los Ladrones Era. I have all her albums, and i have remade some of her videos with group of friends such as "men in this town" and "sale el sol", and after looking for her all over town when she came on tour i took my pic with Shakira and Met her! Right now, Wikileaks whistleblower Bradley Manning is being tortured in a US military prison. Manning is subjected to utter isolation that can drive many people insane, with short periods each day where he is stripped naked and abused by jeering inmates.

Manning is awaiting trial for releasing secret military documents to Wikileaks – including a video of US soldiers massacring Iraqi civilians. And his brutal treatment appears to be part of an intimidation campaign to silence whistleblowers and crack down on Wikileaks. The US government is split on this issue, with diplomats publicly criticizing the military for Manning's treatment, but President Obama has stood aside so far.

Obama cares about the US's global reputation - we need to show him that it's at stake here. Let's build a massive global call...
